Graduation Day!

.
It doesn't seem two minutes since we were packing the car to take Lizzie to Warwick for the first time, but - unbelievably - today was graduation day!

Well done, lovely one. So proud of you.

Congratulations, Jan!
Each time I attend a graduation of one of my tribe I smile inside and think loving, nostalgic thoughts about them - and give myself a mental pat on the back remembering all those tests I helped them study for, all the lunches I packed - I could, of course, go on & on & on...
It's one of those rare times in life when we get to experience the euphoria of knowing we got it right!
Pat, pat (that's me patting you on the back for a job well done)! She's lovely!

Thanks, Jen. (How big is your tribe?) I did feel very clever as I watched her.

Thanks, Liz. Everyone was smiling all day.

Thanks, Kate. Will pass on the congrats.

Congrats to you both - Harry's only coming into year 3 but I bet the years will fly past until I'm at this point...... Looks like such a special day.

How utterly amazing! I was at Warwick on Graduation Day too. To think I might have bumped into you ...

I went there to escape the house and work in the library for a few quiet hours. We live about 25 minutes from the Warwick campus by car, and I'm studying for a part-time degree in English and Cultural Studies there.

Being a part-time degree, I'm allowed about ten years to finish it, so I'm taking my time. The eternal student, lol.

Sorry to have missed you. That would have been an amusing shock. Congrats to Lizzie!
