My magnolia tree has a history of getting it spectacularly wrong with regards to blossom/frost.
This year, however, it has got things spectacularly right.
Enjoy!

Jan, that is such a gorgeous photo!
Thanks, Denyse!
There has, of course, been a high wind since then...
I've never seen such a beautiful one. Amazing.
Gorgeous, Jan. Isn't it wonderful when the weather plays ball?
Thanks Liz and Sarah. It's SO nice when it all works.

That is one impressive display.
I have a Magnolia tree, mind you it looks more like a twig than a tree and has one solitary bud.
It will grow, Debs! This one was a stick with a solitary bud some 27 years ago!
Thanks Catt and Liz. It is being pretty epic this year.
That's glorious, Jan!
Gorgeous tree, Jan. 'Orrible wind blew all the blossom off my cherry trees - hope it hasn't damaged The Tree too much. xx
So the tree may not look so amazing anymore but I bet your lawns looked quite nice for a day or so :)
